The following data above shows a trend occurring- a decrease in available listings each year, thus leading to higher prices of homes sold and a stable market for sellers. Just in this past October, 225 more homes were sold than last year! ($636,496,629 in sales!) What does all of this information mean? If you are considering selling your property, right now is a good time to list. The market is still pretty fast-paced, and the inventory is lower than it was in the summer.
