Brother’s Pond Park offers a playground area, half basketball court, picnic units with a barbecue pit, soccer fields, ½ mile jogging trail with exercise stations, and a one-acre fishing pond. In addition, Southwoood Valley is situated on the Texas A&M shuttle bus route. Meeting the intersection of Harvey Mitchell Parkway South and Texas Avenue South, this neighborhood has incredibly easy access to the Walmart Supercenter included on the corner.
