As expected, June has been another busy month for the Bryan-College Station real estate market. With all of the new construction projects taking place in both Bryan and College Station, the local economy continues to grow. This is great for real estate and more is expected to come! I used the following statistics from our local MLS data to compare the real estate market in June of last year to this year’s June market. See for yourselves!

- $195,179– Monthly average price of single sale, 14% higher than average in June 2012
- $69,643,093 – Total monthly sales, 38% more sales than in June 2012
- 255 – Homes sold between $100,000 and $250,000, 34% more sold than in June 2012
- 49 – Homes sold between $250,000 and $500,000, 26% more sold than in June 2012
