January 2014 v.s. January 2015

  • Total Monthly Sales: January 2015 were 38,204,866. That’s a 30% increase from January 2014!

  • Units Sold: Units sold in January 2015 were 173, in January 2014 they were 152. Units sold increased by 21.

  • Days on Market: In January 2015 the average number of days on the market was 115. Compared to 2014, which was 139, the average number of days was almostan entire month shorter!
