When I was looking at this data, I noticed something interesting. I looked at sales in two price ranges, $100,000-$250,000 and $250,000-$500,000. During the month of April both groups sold with a median number of 60 days on market. Both groups also sold at 99% of list price. Wow! Homes are selling very fast here in BCS, and the majority of sellers are getting great offers.

- $60,581,421– Total monthly sales, 18.7% more sales than in April 2013
- $199,939 – Monthly average price of single sale, 4.6% higher than average in April 2013
- 303 – Individual units sold, 13.5% more units sold than in April 2013
- 220– Homes sold between $100,000 and $250,000, 16.4% more sold than in April 2013
- 49– Homes sold between $250,000 and $500,000, 75% more than sold in April 2013
