Hi friends! I wanted to spotlight another new development in the works for College Station. It is going to be called Jones Crossing. The location will be at the intersection of Wellborn and FM 2818. A large 106,000 sq.ft. HEB store will be the anchor with village type retail spaces, a hotel and student oriented multifamily units. The HEB should be open by summer of 2018. I think the location for this development is fantastic and really needed for this area of the city.
