Miramont

Miramont is an upscale Bryan neighborhood located in the 77802 zip code. This golf course community hosts a spectactular country club with golf, tennis, fitness and aquatic amenites. Miramont boasts the highest average asking price in the area. Homes sell for an average of around $825k, but can go for over $3 million. The average size is 4,000 square feet. Miramont typically has a small inventory due to the extremely low turnover rate within the neighborhood.

Indian Lakes

The Villages of Indian Lakes is a luxury south College Station neighborhood located in the 77845 zip code. The neighborhood features heavily wooded lots ranging in size from 1 to 3 acres (and larger). The homesites surround a recreational preserve that features hiking trails, a recreation center with pool and a private lake. There is generally moderate inventory and the average sales price  is $768k, but ranges up to over $2 million. Houses average 3,950 square feet.

Traditions

The Traditions is home to the Texas A&M golf program and is one of Bryan’s premiere communities. While the centerpiece is the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, the club also features 3 pools and a racquet center. Turkey Creek winds through neighborhood which is also home to the Lake Walk area. There you can find shopping, dining and The Stella Hotel. It’s close to the Texas A&M Health Science Center and the  Biocorridor.  The neighborhood is actively growing and has a large inventory of homes in a wide size and price range. Homes sell for an average of $650k, but can go for as much as $2.5 million. They generally average around 3,500 square feet, but range as high as 7,500 square feet.

River Place

River Place is a luxury neighborhood located in College Station in the 77845 zip code. Not far from the Brazos River, the neighborhood has its own private lake and offers some of the most breathtaking views in the area.  It has a more remote feel than other luxury neighborhoods in the area. Most homes are around 3,400 sqare feet and typcially sit on 2-3 acre lots.  The average home price is $560k, but ranges up to $1 million. River Place is a small community with relatively new homes (constructed within the last 10 years) and a secluded appeal.  However, its just a short drive to the new Jones Crossing shopping center featuring a Flagship H-E-B, Chick-Fil-A and many other restaurants and stores.
