You can see from the graph that homes are selling very quickly. Compared to two years ago, the days on the market have gone from a little over 3 months to a little over 2 months. I am sure you know people who have sold their home in the first few days it was listed! Monthly Average Sales in April 2015 were $31,664 higher this year than last.
